On the day of President Regan's funeral we took our SA'S to the range and did a "two handed salute" to him. I used 2 Bounty Hunters and my buddy used two black powder pistols.
Shooting with 2 guns is like anything else, it reqires practice. I shoot with 2 quite a bit. I can shoot better with 1 gun at a time, but I can do it with two.
Did some FX with two guns, good way to clear a house with 'T' intersections.
You're thinking of Fistful of Dollars, by that genius, Sergio Leone, which was a beautiful homage to Kurosawa's Yojimbo. Last Man Standing has elements of both. Yojimbo is a great flick. If you can't find it in the foreign film section of your video store, buy it!
No two-gun shooting there, as there is only one gun in the film, a Single Action Army, I believe. It takes two hands to wield a sword, and the title character...he's as bad as they come.
I watched Lara Croft: Tomb Raider last night. Even though the bonus features showed her being trained by a former SAS using a Hi-Power and MP5K with live ammo, I'm convinced that Skunkabilly was her actual movie advisor, since she used his "semi-gangsta" tilt* while doing her two-gun thing.
To the credit of the cast, they did a pretty good job of keeping fingers off triggers when at ready positions.
*Skunk, I've seen the slight tilt recommended in other places as well. If you hit the target, that's what counts.
