Two John Ross .500's in RIA's Feb. 1 auction as "performance center" only

Correct me if i'm wrong, but these aren't just "PC" 500's. They are the John Ross customs that are now going for significantly north of $2k.
Anyways, with auction estimates significantly lower than what a recognized John Ross .500 brings, there might be some room here for somebody interested. I've gotten some really good deals on auctions in just these circumstances.

A few years ago John himself noted that he'd seen one go for $4000.

Frankly, I think S&W is making a mistake by not offering the 5" gun as a standard item.
