Allred conceded that Fors did provide conflicting statements to investigators, but said his client has some cognitive disabilities and receives daily assistance from workers with the state Division of Services for People with Disabilities.

I doubt that there is much chance of his being sentenced to 15 years. It is a bit early to bemoan the potentiality.

I don't. He needs to serve the full sentence and maybe get the mental help he needs.

Owning a horse is a long term committment with horses easily living 30 years or more with modern vet care. Training a horse for events can easily cost thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours. Then you have feed bills, grooming, housing. The horses bloodlines are important and a untrained one can easily cost $20,000. Another important thing is the special relationship between the owner and the horse. This bond is just as important to a owner as a dog is to you.

Animal cruelity is a sign of a very sick mind which will lead to more serious and cruel crimes. Torture of puppies, cats have been linked to serial killings.

Do you want this guy to be given probation and released to live in your neighborhood? How about letting your children play in your yard???

This is a very sick young man.
