i picked up these two swedish rifles with three bayonets last weekend, a 94/14 carbine in 6.5x55 made in 1904 with all matching numbers and ex bore and a model 38 rifle in 6.5x55 made in 1943 with matching numbers and ex bore along with three bayonets,a carbine bayonet and two 96/38 bayonets all the very good condition and one matches the model 38,s last three numbers. i have other swedish rifles, but these two are welcome to the fold. eastbank.

You still here at the HighRoad? My wife bought me one for Christmas years back. I treasure it. Still haven't fired it yet! Do you ever shoot yours? Any idea what the value is for a 85-90% model these days, sans bayonet?

i still lurk around several gun sites, i gave 1050.00 for a package deal with both of the rifles and bayonets, i value the carbine at 7-8 hundred and 4-5 hundred for the model 38 and 175-200 dollars for the three bayonets. that may not be right on,but i feel its close. and yes i shoot them,my favorite is a fsr target rifle made by norma. eastbank.

Looking for a joke

From the post title, I thought the first line would read....." So two Swedish guys with bayonets walk into a bar......"

Nice looking rifles, BTW.

I have a couple of Swedes but I really covet a 94 carbine. Last one I saw at a gun show was put together with parts and the guy still wanted $800. You did very well. But you know that.
