Tyler Texas gun show

I'm going to the gun show in Tyler Texas on the 24th/25th. It is the first one I have ever attended and am curious if anyone here has any experience with this particular show. I'm a recent college grad and finally have the money to upgrade from my home defense pistol.

i weant to the last one and felt like a sardine,and it smelled like one too.lol
kidding aside,it was crowded as could be, and the prices were above retail, but you should go cause they always can be hidden deals there,parking lot ect.word of wisdom be prepared for the presense of many tyler pd officers there to check your loaded pistol,and render it safe with a zip-tie.i ccw'd last time and did not let on but was very leary that i would be discovered,but was not.good luck hope to see you there

Its a smaller show. Not as much of the "tactical" stuff there as at other shows though. I bought a friend there the morning he was getting married, he walked out with a XD.

Best shows in the area but that doesn't say much. Do yourself a favor and hit the pawn shops when you leave!!
