TZ99 magazines?

I read somewhere that Sig226 mags could be slightly modified to fit a TZ99, then in a search on the old firing line a guy said a S&W mag was interchangeable (sounds unlikely), and yet a third source said Beretta 92 mags worked. ????

Anyone know if any of these are true?

I wish i could help but ive always just used the two that came with my 99.Ill have to try other mags when the opportunity presents itself.In the pics in my Cheaper than Dirt catalog,the S&W 5906 and Sig 226 look the closest.CDNN had some TZ-99 mags a while back.

I have used CDNN's stainless steel 'Eagle' mags in mine & they work fine.
You buy the Sig 226 mag and make a (center) mag lock catch hole in the front of the mag. like originals. Just deburr the hole good so the follower slides by and doesn't hang up.

I have concerns about no spares for 'breakable' parts for these. Anyone know a source of things like extractors and ejectors ?........
