Alright, so the Expendables 3.5 1873 with ports, no front sights, and a roller on the hammer was missing the Rollers. So I had to pass.

But What do you SAA guys thing about the beautiful girl??? YES thats ports on it. And YES it’s in 10mm/40

I am more of a double action revolver shooter and as much as I love rimless cartridges and moonclips in those revolves, rimless cartridges have always made less sense to me in a side-gate loaded single action revolver. That said if you are already heavily invested in 10/40 then it would make a fair bit of sense. Does it come with two cylinders?

Now those ports have got to go. Not only do they ruin the aesthetics, but they are rather obnoxious to shoot. Until recoil reached 454 Casull levels I find the down sides of ports to out weigh their benefits.

my obnoxious revolver is my 460 XV 4” gun with 1” compensator. I bring extra ammo to the range and let everyone enjoy!

not sure how that 10mm would work in a single action with load gate. They have one 100 miles away from Seattle, not sure if I want to take the drive.

460 is way more gun than I want to shoot more than a cylinder or two through someone else's gun. I have shot one but I would not want to own one.

I have a Ruger Blackhawk convertible with the 9mm Cylinder and have never had any real issues running rimless in it. It has had way more 9mm than 357 Magnum (38 Special the most) through it since I bought it. But it just does not "feel" right loading rimless through that side gate.

There was one at our local Sportsman's Warehouse for months and months. Nobody was sure what their buyer was thinking other than "it's a gun, and we sell guns".
that’s funny, they are just wait for buyers like me! I wish sportsman does store trasfer

Now that , Sir, gives me a propensity to sport wood , in the vernacular !

That would help shoot all that .40 S&W ammo I have . Would work good with the comp, smooth and fast . For hunting Alaska and other Northern Hunters have been trending 10mm for bears. A 200 grain monolithic at 1200 FPS is favored and available ! Those ports would really be nice with that load , I'll bet ! Buy the thing and let us know, with pictures of course.

I’m trying to buy it! but I would have to drive 100 miles each way x2! I was thinking the exact same thing, would make a great woods gun with a heavy bullet loaded warm! and look good as you are hiking!

100 miles each way is nothing for a good gun deal. Thats a nice one.

Most definitely a "No Way" with those ports!

Mere words cannot begin to express my disinterest for a ported barrel on a traditionally styled SAA with fixed sights.

Take it away and I will try to forget all about it!

I’ll post photo once the government give me approval to pick it up
