UltiMAK M1-B rail and accuracy

Hello Everyone,
I was thinking of getting an UltiMAK M1-B rail for my Maadi Misra S/A AK. I have wanted to add one for some time; however a few of my range buddies have advised me to avoid getting one due to affecting accuracy. Is there any truth of the UltiMAK rail’s (the ones that replace the original steel gas tube and upper handguard) affecting accuracy? Does anyone have any experience?

I have put several onto various AKs (WASR, Intrac, Saiga) and not noticed any significant changes in accuracy.

I may have even noticed an improvement on a Romy G. Less barrel "flop"

I've had nothing but good to say about mine. How are they claiming it affects accuracy?
