I want an inexpensive range holster for my Taurus 82 4" revolver, and wonder which would be best.

I know most people don't like nylon holsters, but it would only be for range use, and, in any case, I'm limited in choice because of my location.

Another choice would be the Bianchi unlined leather thumb snap hip holster.

Which of these would be easier on the bluing of my gun?

I know the Accumold line well. As as rep, I spent a week working in the Bianchi factory in Temecula. Not only are they excellent leather holster makers, but the Accumold products are superb and widely copied! The biggest reason that there aren't more fits available for them are is that the molds are so expensive to produce. Go with the Biachi product, you won't be disappointed.

I have a couple of Accumold holsters. As far as inexpensive nylon goes, I don't think they can be beaten.
