This unique molybdenum paste lubricant was previously marketed by Beeman Airguns before it was discontinued.
But now it's back on the market under a different name.
It's called "Air Venturi Moly Metal-to-Metal Paste."
It may contain the highest percentage of moly compared to any other commercial moly lube on the market.
It's so slick that it was called "a trigger job in a jar."
Even though it's specially made for airgun springs and pistons, and greatly reduces their cocking effort, many folks also use it on problematic triggers to improve their trigger pull.
They don't advertise how much moly is in it, but it used to be about 60% or more.
A 1 oz. jar of this moly paste sells for $11.95 to $12.95 plus shipping from some airgun and sporting goods vendors, including Amazon.
But it should last a long time since it's applied very sparingly.
And it can be used to slick up any part of a gun action.
Here's some vendors that sell it.

Back in Nam 1968 the latest and greatest was to clean dust and dirt with shaving brush , bore and bolt rod and patch and tooth brush carbon ect. out with Nitro solvent, then dry and set in sun . THEN Dri Slide was applied to all moving parts . and action worked. Then in field just shaving brush and more Dri Slide , which was Moly with a carrier. I went to slathering with synthetic ATF in last 20 years :)
