I rarely do this but I figured I would do a post giving props to this place.
Yesterday I drove from Jax to Tampa for a job interview. I do not like driving such distances in a suit as it will get wrinkled so I wore shorts and a fleece. I pulled off of 275 on Fletcher ave to grab a bite and saw a sign for University Gun Shop. I cannot resist gun browsing so I pulled in.
To make a long story short, the people there are extremely cool. I spent an hour there gun browsing an ended up buying a box of ammo for my new XD. They had a great selection of guns and anyone who likes Sigs, might want to call them to check a price on a pistol. Their prices were really good on most guns especially sigs..
At the end of my visit I asked if I could use their back room to change into my suit so I did not have to put it on in some sleazy bathroom. The happily obliged and I changed in their large and very clean bathroom. I came out and took some ribbing for my tie but they all wished me luck.
Really nice people and I enjoyed meeting them all!
