Unknown Taurus

I WOULD LIKE To KNOW IF SOMEBODY KNOWS THIS MODEL. I have been looking for info on the net but I didn't find anything)
The gun is a Taurus 38 special, I don't know if it's "+P", 2 or 2,5 inches barrel (i am not secure) and 6 shot, the barrel has a 6 holes compensator and it's made of stainless steel, in the pic you will see a black model.

It looks like a model 85. You can try going to their website taurususa.com and looking around there for more info

Just read the 6 shot thing, so it is not an 85 (5-shot). I think the best bet is to look around on their website

Open up the cylinder. On the part of the frame which is covered up by the crane (when it's closed) the model number will be stamped. Look for it right under where the frame is indented for the ejector rod to fit when the cylinder is closed.

Hard to tell from the pic, but it's most likely a 605.

605s are not 6 rounders. I would almost say that it was a 617, but those are 7 rounders.
