In case you haven't heard, Mr. Morton, the gentleman who had started this business over 25-years ago, had sold the business. However as it turns out, the woman who had bought it started stealing $$ from the business, stopped paying the bills, and skipped town! Those who had placed orders at the end of the year - who didn't get their cases delievered - one will need to seek redress from their credit card company.

The previous Owner has taken back the reigns of the company and is working hard to make sure those who may have got burned, get compensated, and he's also working to bring the business back. They are excellent cases and they make them in LONG lengths that will even hold long black powdah musket and longrifles.

For more info, see here:

This is the Unique Case website, but BEFORE ordering, I'd contact Mr. Morton, from the info in the link above. They really do make a superior soft gun case and I sure hope this hiccup in their proucts soon becomes a distant memory ...

FYI, Jerry Morton (found of the business) has resumed full control of the operation and is fulfilling orders for cases, if you need a superior soft case!

FYI, just a re-confirmation that Jerry has taken back ownership of the business that he started and they are once again shipping out high quality soft gun cases.

They even make LONG cases for black powder arms, up to 66" in length, that have a full length outside sleeve that holds a long range rod, woo hoo!
