Used XD 45 Pricing?

I'm looking at a very lightly used XD 45. The gun looks brand new & has the case & everything else that's is supposed to come with it. He's only shot it a few times. What would be a fair price for it? What are they selling for in your area?

I wouldn't pay anything more than $400 for it if it's used and in good shape. If you are going to pay more than $400 you might as well buy one NIB for $100 more.

They generally go cheap when used. I've seen them for $425. or less at Bud's so they don't think they hold their value either. (I have an XD45 Tac)
