I loaded some 6.5X55 swede ammo and one recipe is really bad, I would like to pull the bullets and reuse, reuse the powder(varget in another caliber), but what about the case, can I just reload it or do I have to size it again, I only neck sized it?

I would say usually but I have had necks that the tension wasn't great after the bullet was pulled.

If your a little nervous about neck tension just re-neck them. If they're not being fired out of an AL rifle, which I'm guessing not as you stated you necked them, I would just load them up again and shoot them.

Neck size again.

Take out the de-priming punch and leave the expander plug on the rod and you won't have to mess with live primers on the floor!
