I got stuck with 400 rounds of the dreaded 3 10 52 7.62x25 tok. I actually fired some before I knew it was severely overloaded. It makes a pretty spectacular flash

Just so it isn't a total waste, I can pull all of the bullets and reuse them in properly loaded cases (whenever I get set up in the future). But can those cases be reused? They're already primed and appear to be brass...they just need the powder replaced and a proper crimp put in. Is this feasible considering that the cases are punch crimped?

Yes, and no.

In all probably, they are Berdan primed with corrosive primers.

So you can't reload them in the conventional sense.

You could pull the bullets, dump the powder, neck size the cases without de-priming them, and recharge them with a known amount of a known powder from a reloading book.

But they will still be corrosive Berdan primed, and the cases will not be reloadable again.

Thanks.That's what I thought, a one-round reloading of a previously primed case.
