So here it is set up in the New Auto Beech Lock Pro press with Xtreme 115gr RN bullets loaded in the tube. I'm using it in the 3rd position along with everyday normal Lee Carbide 3-die set and seating/crimping in the last die.

The whole purpose of doing this wasn't to speed up the process but to just make it easier not having to reach around to the rear of the press to place the bullet in the case. It has done that wonderfully! So far as a test I've run one tube which hols 30 of these bullets and had 2 that did not drop and I think that was because one got hung up in the tube and there was a gap, reducing the weight load. Then as I got to the end with only 5 left it stopped feeding again.

As some may remember I also tried doing this with the Hornady Bullet Feed die and had no luck at all. So I am quite happy with this outcome.

I have some 124gr Berry's FP bullets sitting on the shelf and now I'm going to have to go see how well they feed and if I still get a stuck one in the tube or if the flat point helps prevent that.

Happy to see you finally got something that works for you! Perhaps with that design and light bullets you may want to keep somewhat of a stack in the tube.
If your 9mm bullets tilt enough to cause a hang up in the tube you might want to try some thin-wall tubing that would slide inside the tube RCBS supplies. They come in 1/16" increments, and at least the thin wall telescopes one inside the other. They are cheap BTW. Most buy them at an internet pet supply.....

Yup, that is where I got mine...came in 6' lengths.

What I did to avoid bullet tilt was going to a FN bullet

Thanks guys, I am excited that this is working as well as it is. The hanging bullet maybe because the tube is still slightly deformed from being new and has a slight curve and yes the RN bullets do cant a bit inside the tube. I do have some Berry's Flat Point 124gr I'm going to try next and see if they feed a little better.

Now I just need to get this Lee Safety Prime sorted out so I quit dropping primers and also get use to using it as I am so use to the priming on my Pro1000 because I've been using that for so long. Old habits, hard to break.
