I was at my local gun store and the owner got an online used gun from one of the popular sites. I was there when it came in.
So I asked to see it. When I checked to see if the gun was empty I tried to rest the slide on the release notch and the slide release did not go up high enough to engage.
I broke it down and even used a new guns slide release lever to see what the problem was. The new release worked fine. Then I put the old one the NIB USP and it did not work.
Upon further inception My wife of all people noticed a notch in the NIB"s
slide release that the old one did not have. So it never worked.
So my question is Are there any fake USP like Airsoft pistols that have parts that you can interchange Because this was not factory.
I think the guy who sold it used an after-market off shoot brand to make a worn part new.
By the way it was the same way on all Cal's (with notch)
