I'm tired of spending money trying to find holsters I like. I'll buy 5 or 6 for every new gun I buy trying to find that one holster that I like, then I wonder what else out there I might like more. I haven't found an IWB holster that was real comfortable, though I've not spent $80 on one yet either. Well, I've got a USP Compact .40 that I really like and wonder what's available for it in IWB. Are there any good suggestions either to look at or stay away from that are known to be fairly comfortable for that gun? I don't mind spending the money but I'm not going to spend it 3 or 4 times trying to find one. I'm pretty familiar with Galco, Don Hume, the most major brands but I know there are small holster builders out there that build a great holster. I don't want to overlook those. Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

+1 on the Galco Summer Comfort holster. Have carried a USP Compact in .40 for several years with this rig. have it paired with an Aker polymer-reinforced belt. comfortable and concealable. works.

Milt Sparks Watch Six. The thinness of the holster makes up for the somewhat blocky nature of the gun.

I strongly recommend a guy named Greg Peters, www.peterscustomholsters.com. He made an IWB for my Walther PPS that is lightyears beyond anything else I've used (Galco, DeSantis, Hume, Fobus, Safariland) in terms of comfort and utility...only catch is that it's Kydex. Normally not a problem, but if you're looking for leather specifically, he's not your guy. I'll even tell you what...if you buy one and don't like it, I'll buy it from you for what you paid for it, including your shipping costs (I have a USPc for a duty gun).
