pictures of the .38/44

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Just wondering what would be the value of this fire arem sn. s99968

From the DOB part of the site it appears to be an early 1950's gun.

Any comments on value would be helpful.

Thanks again Phil I hope this is where the pictures are located. thanks.

more pictures For some reaon I attached 5 thumbnails but they are not appearing. The gun is overal good to excellent condition one smal surfac scratch and some surface wear on the cylinder engagement surfaces.

I am sorry I am inept with adding pictures. The full raft of them are on the DOB part of the forum. posted 2/17/2011

What is the barrel length?
What grips and do they match the gun?

Post war 38/44's in good to nice shape seem to go for around 800 to 1000 down here unless it is a 6.5". Those are higher. 4" are more common right now then 5".

If you are interested in selling, I am a 38/44 collector and know a bunch of other collectors. One of us probably would be interested.

Email or PM me.
