I just winged it and purchased a Russian B2 Belarus AK to Weaver mount. I should have asked first. Is this the appropriate mount to fit the Vepr. I know the receivers are thicker on the Vepr rifles. I'll looking for the weaver rail to be centered well over the receiver and barrel. I asked Yuri at Freedom Optics, He claims the fit is perfect. But he's a salesman.
