Vietnam era surplus 5.56 ammo

I have a good bit of surplus 5.56 ammo from the Vietnam era. Most of it is LC72.

I am pulling the bullets for turkey hunting and noticed that the powder looks very similar to BLC2.
Is it BLC2?

I use BLC2 for very accurate .22-250 loads and would like to use this rather than toss it.

There was WC846 for 762N (BLC-2) & WC844 for 556 (H335, i believe) they are very similar.
