Having a hard time finding powder for my 357 Mag.

I just found and purchased 3 lbs of Vihtavuori N110 powder to reload some 357 Mag rounds. Looks to be a decent powder for 357 loads.

Is anyone using it and what type of loads are you making with it?

Been using Ramshot Sihlouette for 38 rounds.

I tried 16.0 Grs of N110 under a Hornady 140 gr XTP and was encouraged with the results, but then the bottom dropped out in availability of bullets and I have never bumped the charge up and tried it. I need to do that one of these days. 16.0 Grs was slightly compressed. N110 is great in .44 Mag.

I tend to only use 158gr bullets in my 357, not sure if I could do plated or lead bullets with it.

10,2 158 HP Speer 40,0 1.575 N110 0,98 15.1 451 1480 1,03 15.9 478 1569

I've read some good things about it, no worries about overloading the case with a 158gr bullet and uses a small pistol primer. If I find some, I'll buy a pound and try it out.

Powder Valley has some available, I just don't feel like buying 8lbs to try it out, or paying the hazmat fee for one pound. Hopefully my local shop will get some.
