Vista Outdoors sale and .22 LR ammo

So my favorite .22 is CCI by far. I’ve got a good bit set back but was wanting another couple cases stashed away for current and future range sessions as I head into retirement.

Prices were dropping and I was slowly buying but decided to see if $0.07 would happen when I blinked and we are back over $0.10 and they are getting sold to a CZ company.

I’m not totally worried about the company sold to an Eastern Europe company as I like pretty much all ammo found in those countries, but I do like my SV and Mini mags. So should I just buy now or wait? I don’t want to feed into the hype and fear.

That's a tough one. Trying to time the market when you have no visibility as to what might happen. I am sure that they will continue to produce CCI rimfire ammo in the same plants with the same people, for awhile at least. Management will change but the shop floor people won't.
Having been through a couple of years with spotty availability for 22 ammo (and other stuff) I am inclined to buy when I see it these days.
