Federal Ammo catching up?

Availability could be part of it, but the other part is people are probably just running out of money, lol. I imagine many are now way over extended on credit having splurged in panic. The flip side is there will be a whole lot of stuff showing up on the used or "new in box" market as people realize this isn't the end of the world and have to recoup some of their investment in guns.

Maybe.... not to get political but with Uncle Sam mailing out stimulus checks I'm not sure thats as big a factor as it might normally be.

I was at a local gun & pawn and 9mm was 35$ a box, 270, 30-30, 6.5cm and 243 was 38$, I'll wait a while before I pay those prices, I'm ready for components to come back in stock along ammo, bullets and brass is out of stock or over priced

Boys, I've cleaned, oiled and locked my guns away until this is over. I have a fair supply of ammo for the handgun, the 12 gauges, the 16 gauge, the 30-06 and the 6.5 Swede but I won't burn it up until I can replace powder and primers. At 78 I am too old to be pushed, gouged or panicked. Maybe I'll live long enough to shoot again maybe not. The money I would have spent this month on powder and primers is going to a new rod and reel. I have a power plant cooling pond about 15 miles away that never freezes and holds good fish. I'm not hard to entertain.

Sniper66: yes, the sky could be falling.:scrutiny: Time will tell.

But as I seldom watch any tv news since early summer, life seems a good bit better. We can only do so much.
The main$tream media (and * many gun/ammo seller$) only Want us to see very dark horizons.

Wish I shared your optimism. Just remember, just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean they are not out to get me.
