I contacted VLTOR about a set-screw for one of their low-profile gas blocks that I lost while working on my AR15. Here is the email I sent:

Hi.

The other day I was switching out the barrel on my AR15, and removed my low-pro gas block. Because I'm an idiot, I lost one of the setscrews in my garage, and cannot for the life of me find it (tried big magnets, having the kids look for it, etc. etc. all to no avail).

Can you point me somewhere where I can get a replacement (or 5...LOL).

That was last night after business hours. This morning at 9:06am this was the response from VLTOR:

Hi Austin,

Thank you for your email. I am sorry to hear of your set screws. Is your gas block stainless or black oxide? Also, can you email me your shipping address? I will just get you some in the mail!

Yeah, it was just for a couple screws, but still. They didn't even ask me to pay for shipping. Its darn nice of them to do this imho, restores a little faith in American businesses!
