Hello

Does anyone have any experience with VooDoo Innovations? I think they are in FL.

I placed an order on their website last Thursday, for a ported barrel. Site stated that orders are shipped within 48 hours. Got an email when I placed the order that I would get an email when shipped.

Well....no joy. No emails, no word. BUT...they charged my credit card the next day.

I tried calling on Tuesday, Wed and all day today, Thursday. No joy. Sent emails. No word.

So, this company charged my credit card a week ago and will not even return a phone call or email on a product that was supposed to be shipped days ago. When I log on to their site, the order still have "pending" under it's status.

Not sure what is going on.

I have a voodoo ar15 barrel I bought from Natchez. Works great, seems quality. Voodoo is a division of, or related somehow to, Adams arms.
 
It has been over 10 days since I placed the order that was supposed to be shipped in 48 hours. 10 days since my credit card was charged for this.

It has been over a week, since I have been trying to contact this company regarding this order (that was never filled).

No responses to emails, phone calls or communications through their web site.
No product shipped.
No refund to my credit card.
 
If its on a Visa or Mastercard, I wouldn't worry about it just yet. You have plenty of time to challenge the sale and get it charged back, but at the moment, the time frame escapes me but it is at minimum 30 days... could be as much as 60 but suggest you check with your card company.... but for now... your covered.
 
Thank you. I do intend to pursue this with my credit company.
I think the waiting period is only 15 days. But...have never been in this position. No reply at all from this company. And ...I thought that online retailers only charged your card when the product was shipped?
Maybe this is a good warning to others.
 
Check the c.c. co. Policy to find when the limit is to get the charges reversed. I have been in a similar situation a couple of time but it has always worked out one way or another. Though rare, I have bought a couple things where there was no order confirmation Page or email response at all from the seller but the product showed up anyway. I wouldn't sweat it to much.

Was it in stock?
 
I assumed, yes, because they did not show an inventory system. Nothing on the site about any wait time or not in stock.
The most important information was: They said they shipped within 48 hours.
Still no word from them. At all.
Will be able to have my bank deny this charge in a couple of days.
