Vortex Optics Top Notch

Ok, so a couple of days ago I was disappointed with the Vortex Crossfire 4-16 AO scope. Mainly the internal cross-hairs started to rotate counter clockwise after only 30 rounds on my M1a.
And not to mention that my experience with Opticsplanet.com was terrible and will never shop with them again.
I just got off the phone with Vortex Optics, and I gotta say that they are top notch. I worked with their customer service and they are correcting this without any push back or even batting an eye.
I will look to purchase another Vortex when the need arises and will suggest the scopes to anyone that asks my opinion.

I like Vortex as well. I had an issue with a new Viper. They sent me my replacement scope along with a call tag for the defective optic. That is how business should be run.
