did you know that they dont count the early votes until 3 days after they do the real count. so whats the point to make everyone think that waiting in lines will change who is going to win?
Well, most places count the election day votes and compare the margin of victory to the number of absentee ballots sent out. If the margin is greater than the total number of absentee ballots, they throw out all the mailed in ballots with out opening them. If more ballots were sent out then the winning margin, thry count the unopened ballots that came back before the deadline. If and only if that number is greater then the margin of victory do they start opening and counting the absentee ballots.
Don’t know how this new “early voting” things works.
