I apologize in advance if there have been threads that covered this topic before...i've used the search feature and haven't found anything to answer my questions.
It is my understanding that in WA State the only private business you CANNOT legally carry in is a business that is off limits to minors (bars, anyplace exclusively serving alcohol, etc). I haven't seen anything that says if a business has a "No Guns Allowed" type of sign, you are not allowed to carry.
A long time ago, I heard there was a specific sign that WA State businesses had to post to make it illegal for anyone (including CCW's) to carry. However, I haven't read anything about this in the law.
I went into a restaurant the other day that had a posted sign declaring concealed carry was off limits because the restaurant sold alcohol...yet it WAS legal for folks under 21 to be in the restaurant. So, is it really illegal to carry in that restaurant?
