Really curious about your opinions. Found this in a local shop.

Interarms Walther PPK/S, stainless, .32 ACP, looks like brand new to me, but is used. They want $399.

I swear it looks better than the brand new S&W Walther laying right next to it on the shelf for $600 something. Always wanted a Walther. Caliber is irrelevant to me, although I understand .32 is what that gun was really designed for.

Is it much of a deal/steal? Should I run back up there tonight?

I have a 32 I have never shot but two 380 I love. 399 I would buy it. The cheapest I have paid for any of them was 458 and I thought that was a steal

They won't come down a dime, or throw in a box of ammo, or anything.

I'm still researching the Interarms version online, trying to decide.

Seems like they ought to offer something to make a sale!

Sounds like McBrides. I saw a pair of Walthers there just the other day. To crowded to get to take a look at them though. Only down side is the caliber, I would much rather have a 380acp then a 32acp. But the 32 is much easyer to control.

Oh, the gun was manufactured in 1998. There's a target included from factory testing with initials and a date of 9/3/98.

There's also a card included that says, "Effective February 1, 1999 the exclusive distribution of all Walther and Umarex products within the United States has been taken over by Carl Walther USA LLC. Therefore, any reference marked on or in the papers accompanying this firearm should be read as "Carl Walther USA LLC". Which I'm guessing means they were telling us they'd fired Interarms?

Anyway, I was pleased it had both magazines and the box and papers with it.
