Walther P38 Threaded Barrel?

Is there anyone that sells threaded barrels for the Walther P38 or is having a gunsmith thread one the only route? Google didn't turn up much.

This gentleman did a fine job on one for me, but be warned: you need a solid P38 barrel (WWII type). The newer P1 barrels are lined, and cannot be safely threaded. I had to find a surplus WWII barrel and have it done. Grab one if you find it. There is one on ebay right now, currently at $180 and rising. http://www.jpgrips.com/page2

A gentleman on the Walther users board has some original WWII barrels. Prices range from $150-200.
