I like the looks of this gun, but I've never shot a walther. Whats this anti-stress mode trigger mechanism and whats it feel like? Im a sucker for single action triggers (m9 & 1911). Of the double action pistols I've shot i most liked the S&W mp; glocks are my least favorite as far as trigger pull goes and i've never shot a sig. So is this a good gun and whats the trigger like?

Don't forget about the ppq (p99q) or whatever they are calling it is coming out soon. It will be a single action trigger (i think) with the same pull every time, unlike the AS.

With the P99, you have 3 trigger modules:

AS (Anti-Stress) This is a standard double action trigger.
QA (Quick Action) This is like the Glock, only cocked when the slide is racked.
DAO (Double Action Only)

Both the AS and QA have decockers (not sure why the QA has it, but it does).
