Probably just wasting your time, as I don't have a specific answer for you, but...
I've owned a CZ-50 and have compared it to a friend's PP, but we didn't try swapping mags. While CZ incorporated features of the PP-family design in their gun, I don't think it's a close enough copy for things like mags to interchange.
Numrich has the CZ mags, once in a great while -- if you keep an eye out there, you may find one or two; new ones go for about $35, and used ones for about $16. (They have a lot of other parts, as do some C&R sites, but mags seem to be more rare than hens' teeth...)
If you just need springs, Wolff Springs has them.
