It's been a while, and this is from memory, so no guarantee's.
Use a small screwdriver to pull back on the extractor plunger just behind the extractor.
Slip the extractor up and out of the slide, allow the plunger to move forward, and pull it and its attached spring and rear plunger out.
Put the safety half way on, and pull it out slightly while wiggling it.
Use a punch to press the firing pin in as far as possible and move the safety out farther, until the safety slips past the firing pin. Once the safety comes out, the firing pin and spring will fly out, so hold a hand or cloth over the rear of the slide.
Don't remove the cartridge indicator pin and spring unless really necessary, and if you do, make a drawing of how it is installed so you can be SURE to get it back the same way.
To re assemble, drop the firing pin and spring into the slide, aligning the square section with the tunnel into the slide.
Insert the safety as far as possible, then use a small hollow faced punch to push the firing pin in as far as possible until the safety can be slipped into place.
Drop the extractor spring and plungers into the front of the hole into the slide, pull back with the small screwdriver, and slip the extractor into place.
All this takes 3 1/2 hands.
