Greetings:

I've acquired a TPH (Interarms) in stainless-steel, serial number T023565. Can someone in this forum tell me the possible year my TPH was manufactured?

Thanks in advance for this information

Interarms folded without revealing the serial number sequences it used for any of its Walther-licensed pistols. Sorry.

The best you can do is check to see if the gun you own has a test target included in the box that might -- just might -- have a date written on it. Next best: having the original sales slip included in the box, and even that is only a ball park date because the gun could have sat on the gun store's shelf for a year or two before moving. Finally, you can try to date it by checking the known dates of TPH models with serial numbers close to yours -- if you can find any. And, of course, extrapolation is dangerous because it assumes that production was consistent from year to year, which is was not.

Nice little guns, by the way. Enjoy it, regardless of when it was made.

Thanks Searcher451-target in my box doesn't have the date written on it nor do I have the original sales receipt. Maybe someone in this forum has a .22 TPH with a serial number in the "vacinity" of my TO23565 and knows the approximate manufacture date? This information would be helpful.

I'll refer you to this web site http://waltherforum.com/

There is a sticky on the PP TP topic concerning Interarms serial numbers. I hope it helps.

I have both a .22lr and a .25acp, but neither have a dated target, or rather the person that did date the target left off the year. DOOH!
