Want Suggestions for a 3" .38 Revolver for Home/Range Only

Actually...

The Ruger Security Six was only 2.75 inch. Longer barrels were available, but not 3". (Like it matters)
The fixed-sight GP-100 is a really great revolver, and less than $400 usually.
