A few dollars in 'poll taxes' was deemed unconstitutional. How about $125. With 125/pop why stock an inventory and be broken into??

I think the NRA should go after the guy that wont do and get his FFL and will tell them so with the next dunning letter.

Because then you sue again because the municipality is robbing you of your civil rights, only this time you tack on no less than a 7 digit damages claim on top of it all; it'll make it reeeeeeaaal expensive reeeeeaaaal quick to keep this type of nonsense up. Even if the damages part gets dropped, big dollar signs get people's attention like not much else does.
