WASR 10 pistol grip

I got a good deal on a WASR 10 at Dunhams this week. But I don't care for the pistol grip on it. I think it is a CAI one. Which i am asssume is one of the US compliantance parts for 922r. I read all about 922r aftet getting a CAI CETME and wanting to change the stocks.

So anyways is the grip a compliant part on the WASR?

And where can i find a good US made replacement grip?

Tapco will sell you a grip for the AK that is modeled after the SAW grip. They have them in green and black.

A cool thing about those is you can store a cleaning kit in it if you get a folding stock. They may or may not come with the trap door on the bottom though, i dont remember.

I was thinking about getting one for awhile, but i couldnt get over the non-AK looks.
