I installed a mojo rear sight on a friends Wasr-10 and it was very easy.
1. Find a screwdriver (or a cartridge)
2. Brace the rifle so it can't move (having someone hold it works fine)
3. Place the pointy end of the screw driver in the dipped down part of the rear sight
4. Press down firmly (you really have to press hard to get the sight to go low enough to come out)
5. While pressing down pull the sight to the rear of the gun
If you are pressing the sight down far enough it should slide out fairly easily.
Do this in reverse to get the mojo sight installed.
Hope this helps.
If you still can't get it feel free to message me and I'll try to give more detailed instructions.
