WASR Underfolder Forend

I am wanting to buy a newer forend for my WASR, but am not sure if it will fit.

Here is the forend that I'm looking at:

I really don't want to buy it and find out that it's loose, too short, etc. If anyone has any experience with Tapco forends, please post. Also, if you know of any other decent forends that will definitely fit the WASR UF and fit well, please let me know. Thanks.

A mallet and a set of files should be in every AK owner's tool box. You have AK's produced in over a dozen countries over a period of 60+ years, that is a lot of variance. The Tapco furniture should fit with a minimal amount of fitting. The poly furniture made by K-Var will fit. Are you looking for rails?

Hizzie, thanks. I know that there is a good chance that it will fit, but it it's too small, filing will be a moot point. Rails aren't really a concern of mine. I am, more or less, doing it for aesthetics. I definitely want on in olive drab/dark green though. I'll check out K-Var.
