Webster Groves, Missouri bans CCW

This little suburb bans CCW, which is allowed by state law. Can they do this?

It depends on the state. I think in some states they couldn't do this (like Michigan, that might be a better place to live than Ohio after all), but I suspect it's allowed in Missouri.
