.................that I finally got my ccw. It took 7weeks and 6 days but I got the call for the pick up. This week I'll be getting my Taurus Pt-111 duo-tone from the shop that I have being held for me. It shoots great, no frame issues. Until then I carrying the P-32 in a nemesis pocket holster. My main concern is how to carry the 9mm, iwb or owb. Either way it will be at the 4 o'clock pos. How much does a owb holtster print? I'm a medium framed (5'7 180lbs) individual, and wear loose clothing (button-down shirts, xl t-shirts, etc.), and not really trying to make major clothing changes, but if I have to so be it.

I don't remember the exact day i got my carry permit. I remember that i applied first thing on my 21st birthday. Took less than 6 weeks to get my permit in the mail not bad for Washington.

I forgot to answer your question. I carry a S&W 4586 at 3'clockish in an owb holster and I manage not to print if I don't button my shirt. At 5'9" and 180 pounds we are the same build you shouldn't have a problem.

I remember getting my first CCW permit, applied shortly after Virginia became a "shall issue" state. I expected a lot of hassle and the maximum waiting period, but no hassle and the permit was ready before the maximum waiting period arrived. My first renewal was a breeze, ready in about two weeks. I moved to a different locality, applied to renew, found a 45 day waiting period, the maximum allowed by state law. They used all 45 days even though the permit was ready in 30 and the next renewal is based on the date the permit is signed!:fire:
