invest in a ball micrometer to measure case neck thickness. cull cases with more than .002" variation in thickness around the neck circumference. also, cull cases with neck thicknesses more than, plus or minus, .001" from average thickness.

shooting lead doesn't allow for very high pressures. keeping neck tension the same will help a bunch here.
