Marlin 795. it was 99.99 at dicks. Couldn't pass 'er up.
.22lr I think they had one in 17HM2 but I wanted cheap plinkin.
I didnt get it to shoot alot today, But did do some mag dumps at the berms.
super smooth shooter. and only weighs 4.5 lbs.
Holds 10 round magazine. And I will be using in the Forums next rimfire contest.
Heres a pic, OH let me mention it is a little gun, but has a non-kiddie sized stock. it fits me (a 14 year old 5'10" pretty well.)
And it is my new defence carbine. If you disagree. whatever. I think a quick dump of 40 grain ammo will stop a BG.
I have a .308, and 12 guage, But the lightweight, and manueverability makes this great. feels like an empty backpack when slung. and is right next to my bed full of HP velocitor 40gr's and federal target cast 40gr'. with a pattern.
Some to penetrate, some to blow up..
Heres a pic.
