Since I plan on getting another ruger, I thought I'd see what they had at the gun shop I frequent. I want to get a 357 mag. in BH. I also was wondering if they had a used one. They did, but it was a 4 1/2 " barrel. I want one with a 5 1/2 inch barrel or longer. It will be used for hunting, along with my BH 45 colt. The price was great though, $275.00
They also had a 357 mag. in a Taurus Model 66 with a 6 " barrel. I decided against it . Since I reload all my guns I know that the rugers will take my loads. A new BH will cost me 350.00 dollars. I was just trying to see if I could get a another RUGER. I thought about a GP 100 in 357 mag, and I know they are great guns, but I have a soft spot for the SA. Because I load my own, that is the reason I like the rugers. Now just having to wait for this coming Friday, to get it is killing me!
