Western Powder Recall

I picked up a handloader magazine today and saw this Recall notice so I looked it up on the web, it is lot #489 bottled on 8/05/2016, lot number may appear as a white label with 489 above the numbers 080516 or as a stamp with 080516489. The numbers are on the back of the bottle. Is a limited recall and only effects lot 489 of Ramshot Hunter.

Use of this powder may result in high pressure loads and subsequent gun damage or serious personal injury is the statement made in the article in bold type.

Thanks for the warning.
But Ramshot Hunter is not black powder. Might have done better to post under Handloading.
