Nadda.

Gonna take the wife and kids home for the holidays. Ohio and WVA. That pretty much took up the gun buying funds.

But, income tax is gonna be a good return next year so I plan on buying another pistol of some sort.

I got a Mossberg 500 Persuader and a cheapo 22 rilfle for practicing my rifle technique at indoor ranges.

Also picked up a present for my Mom since she's taken more of an interest in shooting lately. A S&W M60 Lady Smith. Also going to give her about 200 rounds of my hand loaded 158 gr JHP 38 Special ammo.

I'm sure my Dad will get some use out of it too ;) He's getting a set of Caldwell rests, some defensive ammo for his Firestar, and a few other little goodies.

My uncle is getting a Benchmade Outlander and a Winchester recoil pad.

Closing out the year with a nice used S&W 629-1 6". (Birthday present, ya know... ;) ) Oh yeah. I'm a sucker for big-bore, N-frame Smiths, I admit it. There is a 6" 25-2(?) in .45 ACP at the shop in town that was also on the list. If the $$ turns up sometime next year and it is still on the shelf, I may make an offer.

God willing, I hope to purchase a P226ST, and a CZ 527 Carbine in 7.62x39.
We will see.........

I haven't decided yet what to get, but I AM getting something to close out the year with!

An add for a big gunshop in the Sunday paper may have made the decision a bit easier for me, they have SIGPros for $449 and I have wanted one for some time now.

Then again, I really would like to finish that AR build...decisions, decisions...!

I have this same problem, but getting started seems to be the hard part. :D I know exactly what I want, I have the dies, bullets, brass, and powder to reload for it, but I still have yet to by even 1 part of the gun . . . So many options it's hard to know where to drop the money.

I guess I got it today: A 98K Mauser Nazi-stamped from 1939. One of the Russian captures. It was an impusle buy. I think it's because I've been recently purchasing and watching the Combat! DVD box sets! :)

A 22 wheelgun (6.5" barrel) for plinking-- probably one of those 22 LR/22 mag combos like Ruger's Single Six, or the cheaper Heritage Rough Rider. A 22 plinker is currently an unfilled niche in my collection.

Getting a gun safe, almost exactly one year after getting into guns.

After that, I'll be getting my SW1911 back from my Dad, hopefully.

Well, year end means bonus time at work so I just finished my 2004 splurge.

Got a new CZ 75B in satin nickle and traded for a Sig P230SL. Also couldn't pass up a 6" Colt Python (circa 1966) I found at my fav. gunshop.

Three new and new to me's in the last month. I'm DONE!!

..recently picked up a 226 Sport Stock here, and that is going to be it for the year...I think........well, maybe...

Just bought a Colt Python, 6" blued from 1977. I need to make a resolution with the new year to stop buying them for a while!! Third one this year.

I have a disease :banghead:

Picked up a 3" Ruger GP100 yesterday. I've wanted one for a long time and finally got one.

Well, I've had a deposit down for one of the Smith and Wesson Thunder Ranch .44 Specials for two months now. But, I'm getting anxious and may redirect those funds to a new Bushmaster. Time will tell if my patience holds out.

Funds are all tapped out for this year. Just closing it out with a few new Benchmade automatics. Next year is a different story. :D

I was all set to buy a CZ75B satin nickel .40S&W, until I remembered that I live in Missouri. I lived in Kansas before, but moved across the state line when we bought our house a few years ago. Hadn't bought any guns since then, and I discovered that in MO, you have to get a permit for "intent to purchase" a handgun from the local sheriff. I realize that other places...CA, NJ, MA, et. al...are worse than MO, but I've never had to get a permit to buy a gun from anybody before, and I'm not ready to start now. So, as long as I live in the "Show Me" state, I won't be buying any guns. How utterly sad...
