Going to the Winston gun show today. Let you know after I get back. Of course the Winston gun show usually bites, I really didn't know there was that much camo to purchase outside of the military. Of course at the last Winston show I picked up a Krag so I am hopeful.

Well, besides the Ruger Bearcat my wife bought me a week ago, I'm also getting one of the Ruger Acusport stainless Bisleys in .44 magnum.

I thought the 1897 I bought at the beginning of Dec would be my last.
2 days ago I put a 445 on hold to pick up on the 26th

I decided last week it was time to have a couple of 9mm in the stable so I bought a Browning High Power and the CZ 75 PO1. I haven't had a chance to shoot them yet.

ERF...the latest CDNN catalog has been haunting me. Think I'll be ordering a Steyr M-40, Tracker in 17HMR and Tracker in .45 ACP tomorrow. Doubt I get 'em before Christmas, but ya never know :)

What are you getting to close out 04?

I ordered an Olympic Arms K3B carbine with all the evil features back in Oct. Still hasn't come in yet! Hope it does before the year is out.

Well I baught a Springfield Armory "loaded" 1911 in Stainless yesterday. I can't wait to shoot it now. I might not be done just yet though. I still want to get a Ruger Mini-14, I am just not sure I can squeeze it into this year.

I unexpectedly bought a 12 ga side-by-side scattergun with exposed hammers today. Short bbls, zero choke, Russian made...my local, friendly FFL offered it to me at cost as a Christmas present. Supposed to hit 50* here on Sunday...must head out to the range to break it in.

Completes my set for cowboy shooting, and I just ALWAYS wanted one.

Now, there's only 2 left on my list of absolutely WILL own before I die;

1. A Tommy Gun (semi-auto)

2. A Weatherby w/a Leupold scope.

(I really don't NEED either one...shhhhh, don't tell my wife!)

I'm pretty sure I'll buy more, those two are just gotta have's.

Has anyone decided on what they're buying to close out '04?

Stove and fridge. No firearms for me.

Catalytic converter (three weeks ago) plus battery and starter (yesterday), plus the expert skill to install them. $500-ish. So, no guns for "lee n. field".

Not sure what it will be but a box from Midway arrived that was addressed to my wife and she was VERY firm about me NOT opening.Maybe a new scope or maybe a new blackpowder revolver. Not going to peek tho... ;)

My Last purchase, just picked up on Monday, is a Colt Trooper Mark V in Brite Nickel. Got a trigger so sweet I just love to squeeze her. Gotta admit, while I love squeezing my wife more, my guns are sure a lot more quiet most of the time......hahahaha

Merry Christmas all, and hope you all get what you want!

My year-end purchase came home yesterday...a Beretta 9000S in .40, and a S&W Model 642, both brand new for less than $350 sticker each.

Well, I was hoping on a CHL, but doesn't look like it's going to make it... :( Maybe my High Noon holster will get here so I can primp in front of a mirror and see how I look in Steyr Black.

On Monday I found another original Charter Arms Pathfinder, .22LR, 3" barrel and adjustable sights. This one is like new, complete with the original yellow and brown card-board box and instruction "book".

Even more uncommon, at least around here, and sitting just three guns over in the same case, was a High Standard Sentinel MKIV, .22WMR, 3" full lugged barrel and adjustable sights. This one is in very excellent condition, a few rubs in the wood grip’s finish, but the blue is pristine and the timing perfect!

The best deal I could get was $250 out the door for the pair... but I was OK with that, so they now have a new home!

Picked up a 10mm derringer last night. That should be fun to shoot!

Did an internet deal on a Nowlin 10. Should arive before year end.

Just can't stay away from those 10's.

I got a Beretta 92FS Vertec. I couldn't be happier. If you have small hands, but prefer a wondernine, try one.
