What barrels(brand Steel)are set on standard brands Savage 111G 300WM.
Thank you for an answer.

Could you clarify the question? Do you mean brand, as in the manufacturer of Savage's barrels, assuming Savage themselves does not make their own barrels (but I think they do). Or do you mean the grade of steel, as in the chemical composition? I'd assume it is 4140 or some other 41XX chromoly (Chromium-molybdenum alloys), however, the website just says "carbon steel". Which technically means, it should be of the 1000 series alloys, but I'm not sure that's truly the case.

I can assume, that a barrel is made from Steel(42CrMo4)4140-BUT exactness will not prevent.
I am sure on 100%, that analogical barrel of rifle MarlinXL7 30-06 is made out of steel 4140,barrels MarlinXL7 30-06(22",1:10) and Savage 111G 300WM.(24",1:10) similar,-however on the site of Savage there is not exact information about a producer steel.
Thank you for an answer,
Kristian.

It still isn't quite clear what you're seeking. Are you asking which steel company supplies the steel that Savage uses? Or what SAE classification of steel is used in the barrel?

For most guns the exact type of steel is not advertised. The only common exception I know of is an AR-15, due to US civilian obsession with mil-spec features. For anything else you can typically assume it's 4140 if carbon steel and 416 if stainless steel, but of course there may be exceptions - and it sounds like you already know this.

You want to know who supplies the steel, in raw form, to Savage for the barrels Savage makes themselves?

You want to know the mill that produces the steel used for Savage barrels?

You want to know which models of firearms Savage outsources the manufacture of the barrels, and who the vendor is and where the vendor gets the steel for the barrels, and I suppose, the mill which produced the steel?

And you want to know the composition of these steels?

Most of that information is a BFS in the Savage camp!

Hi.
I now stand before the choice of rifle of Savage 111g 300wm.
Foremost I am interested by the resource of barrel and possibility of the extreme use
+50С degrees Celsius- -75С degrees Celsius, water, snow et cetera.
Knowing the brand of steel it is possible to say with certain exactness, that expects this rifle in the future.
Thank you for an answer.
Kristian.

There are opinions, that barrels are made steel is Carpenter and Cruciable.

The only people who actually know what brand of steel goes into it are Savage themselves. You might as well call them.

Where on earth do you anticipate a -75C to +50C temperature range? Do you shuttle between Antarctica and Libya?

Not to be preachy but the brand of barrel steel would be about the last question I'd ask when picking a bolt action rifle.

Hi.
In rifles Savage 111G 300WM. for making of barrels steel is used Jorgenson 4140.

A Magadan area is my friend, where arrives at the summer of temperature +50C and in winter -75C,
Kristian.

Never heard of Magadan before, but I assume you mean this far eastern part of Russia/Siberia:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magadan

I see extremes of temperature there but not a 125 C swing. But maybe your friend is farther in the interior or I'm still misunderstanding something.

Anyway, glad that you were able to get your info (presumably from Savage).

But now that you know, what do you KNOW?
Is Jorgensen 4140 inferior or superior to Crucible 4140?

I will note that Krieger recommends against the use of Type 416 stainless steel barrels at temperatures below zero F.
